Answering relatively simple questions is part of our service. For more extensive information and written reports an hourly rate that has been agreed upon in advance is charged. This is not a standard rate, as the problems that are to be solved are not standard either.

These questions can be answered by telephone free of charge. Only when things must be investigated and reported to you, the costs will be charged.
