What does it cost?

DEBT COLLECTION

All the expenses are primarily recovered from the debtor.

Upon receipt, just like the interest collected from the debtor, these are fully paid out to the client.

Should no favourable results be achieved in an extrajudicial collection procedure, the client only pays office expenses.

The following rates are applied for extrajudicial collection:

If a legal procedure is required for a collection, all the expenses are charged on without any surcharge.

These include:  court registry fee, declarations of bailiffs and lawyers.

Other expenses legal procedure:

Formulating summons and replies € 75.00

Time spent in representing client in a legal procedure, km-compensation included € 100.00

No rights can be derived from this information.

Trading information together with a request at the Chamber of Commerce € 70.00

LEGAL ADVICE

Standard hourly rate € 70.00

Should it be advisable to seek external advice and should the costs of this advice exceed the standard hourly rate of Hakort & Partners, the client is consulted in advance.

These expenses are then charged on as follows:

External hourly rate plus 5% surcharge for office expenses.
