Who are we?

Hakort International is a subsidiary of Hakort & Partners. We have seven employees, specializing in the collection of debts that are hard to collect, in the Netherlands and world-wide.

We pay much personal attention to our clients and also advise them on how to prevent problems with payments.

Our service includes all the aspects of payment issues and is focussed on making credit risk as small as possible.

In the Netherlands we co-operate with dozens of lawyers and bailiffs and abroad we have an extensive network of agents, just trying to collect outstanding claims of our clients as speedily as possible.

Since international collection is becoming more important every year, we are a member of the CLLA (Commercial Law League of America).
